How to return/receive a new product?

We have authorized our partner The Printbar to pack and post your order directly after printing to avoid time lags. Therefore The Printbar takes also care of the order fulfillment, including your returns and replacements. While´s core team is small, our partner The Printbar has the right ressources and manpower to handle a complete order fulfillment. Our partner has a great customer-driven team that will help you every step of the way.

If there is any issue, or in case you´re unhappy with your product please read the returns policy guidelines of and The Printbar below, or check it directly on The Printbar´s website. After you´ve checked the returns policy send a picture of what´s wrong with your product and a description of the print error or production error to and The Printbar will take care of your return or replacement.

Policy guidelines


The Printbar works hard to provide consistent, high quality prints for´s customers, however, if you're unhappy with the product you receive, then follow these instructions below to return/receive a new product, or receive a refund.
Email The Printbar at with;

- The date of your purchase
- Your order number
- What you would like to return (in the case multiple items were ordered)
- Why you want to return it (describe the issue)
- A photo highlighting the fault/damage

Once they´ve received your email they will organise a replacement/refund for you if the conditions of this agreement/returns policy are met. You may have to return the product back to The Printbar, 9 Florence St, Teneriffe QLD 4005, Australia. The Printbar will refund the full price of the product in question or replace it, however, unfortunetely excluding the postage costs. We suggest anyway to coordinate you with The Printbar via the email adress above, if they might cover your postage expenses in the case the fault/damage is evidently caused on their site. We know our partner is very customer-driven and glad to help.

What can be returned

Only items that are faulty, damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. Once an order has been placed using our online system, it's immediately added to our production queue, and we can't edit or cancel it once it's been placed. No returns are accepted after 14 days of your order being received. Items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains are not accepted. The Printbar does not refund BYO or supplied garments, supplying garments to them is done at your own risk. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

The Printbar does not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print-ready' artwork, shipping or supplier stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. Please note: sizing measurements online are within +-2cm, anything outside of this allowance is considered faulty. Print dimensions and print placement measurements are within +-2cm and anything outside of this can be considered faulty. Proof approval is important, and paying for an order is considered approval of the supplied proof.

Clients must ensure that the chosen apparel, artwork, quantity and shipping address is correct before payment is made. The Printbar does not accept returns for errors made by any of couriers when they have dispatched to the correct address by the due date.

Delivery timeframes

The nature of print is that The Printbar´s processing, production and postage timeframes can vary, though they do our best to ensure the quickest turnaround on each order. In the unlikely event that there is an error due to the couriers that they use (Australia Post, Startrack, Toll Priority and Fastway) they cannot take responsibility, however, they may offer a partial refund on the order. If you order with express shipping and your location is rural, international or not covered by the Australia Post National Express Post Network, then they cannot take responsibility for shipping timeframes.

Please contact The Printbar at so they can look after you, well before your due date. Not just we at but also our partner The Printbar want you to receive your garments on time and they are only a phone call or an email away.

Product photos

The Printbar works only with highly skilled and most experienced print-professionals and high-end printing machines. They have taken the utmost care printing the graphic artwork, however, due to the production process, colours, position, size and scale are indicative only. There´se no imperative reason for replacement if colours, position, size and scale slightly differ from product photos displayed on our website. Our photos are just indicators (simulations) how the design looks like on the printed apparel in real life. 10% difference in design printing colours, print placement and size is within´s, The Printbar´s and AS Colour´s tolerance.

Orders placed on the phone, e-mail and in-person

All orders placed over the phone, email or in-person are subject to the same return procedure and also the Proof Approval Disclaimer. Verbal agreement, payment of an invoice or emailing a reply with approval constitutes authority to proceed. Clients are requested to check thoroughly before approving.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact The Printbar´s Customer Care within 14 days from the date of your purchase and subject to criteria as in our returns policy. The Printbar will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs. and The Printbar products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using The Printbar´s state-of-the-art digital t shirt printing equipment.

We at take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our and The Printbar´s control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer
- 10% difference in design printing colours, print placement & size (within tolerance)
- 10% difference in the actual garment colours (within tolerance)
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process
- Errors on proofs that have been approved either in writing or by paying to confirm an order
- The image uploaded on the system by you is not the image you want printed, or if you want to - change your artwork after placing your order
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size
- Garment shrinkage in wash
- BYO or Supplied garments errors during the print process
- Courier delivery timeframes when Print Bar has dispatched to the correct address before the due date

Important notice

*Please examine our designs carefully and correct any order mistakes prior to placing your order.

*Garment colours are represented accurately by the product colour boxes below the image. Dark coloured and black garments may appear 15% brighter on the t-shirt design online application to make the t-shirt design clearer so please refer to the product colour boxes below the image for colour accuracy.

*In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, and The Printbar do not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Proof approval is important and written approval is required before we can print a job. Payment of a job also constitutes approval. Clients must ensure that the artwork, qty and shipping address is correct before payment is made.

*Do not upload your own designs on our pre-decorated products. We do not allow and we do not take any liability and guarantee for printing of your own designs on our pre-decorated apparel.

*We do not print content that is offensive to groups of people, especially minorities. All our designs are approved and in accordance with the law, freedom of speech and fair use.

Washing instructions

Most important: cold water, gentle cycle, wash inside-out, do not tumble dry, dry in shade.

Garments will not shrink if the correct washing guidelines on the t-shirt labels are followed; if you believe the garment was washed correctly please send The Printbar an email following the return instructions above.
